A case of epistaxis and ecchymoses has also been reported. Metabolic Metabolic side effects including hyponatremia have been reported. Numerous cases of hyponatremia have been reported following treatment with a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). Potential for Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors Interaction In patients receiving another serotonin reuptake inhibitor drug in combination with monoamine oxidase inhibitors luvox clotting there have been reports of serious, sometimes fatal, reactions including hyperthermia, rigidity, myoclonus, autonomic instability with possible rapid fluctuations of vital signs, and mental status changes that include extreme agitation progressing to delirium and coma. No dosage adjustment is required for Luvox CR Capsules.
