Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome when using Remeron: Abnormal dreams; abnormal thinking; constipation; dizziness; drowsiness; dry mouth; flu symptoms; increased appetite; weakness; weight gain. Activation of Mania/Hypomania Mania/hypomania occurred in approximately 0.2% (3/1299 patients) of Remeron-treated patients in US studies.
