RemeronSolTab should be used with caution in patients with known cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease that could be exacerbated by hypotension (history of myocardial infarction, angina, or ischemic stroke) and conditions that would predispose patients to hypotension (dehydration, hypovolemia, and treatment with antihypertensive medication). Activation of mania and seizures have occurred rarely. Don't drive or participate in any hazardous activity that requires full mental alertness until you know whether Remeron has this effect on you. It is not known whether mirtazapine will harm an unborn baby. Discuss remeron substitute questions with the patient's doctor. Your family or other caregivers should also be alert to changes in your mood or symptoms. Genitourinary Genitourinary side effects including urinary frequency (2%), urinary tract infection, kidney calculus, cystitis, urinary incontinence, vaginitis, hematuria, impotence, and polyuria have been reported. Depression and remeron substitute serious mental illnesses are the most important causes of suicidal thoughts and actions. Your doctor will need to check you at regular visits for at least the first 12 weeks of treatment. The clinical significance of these changes is unknown. Interference with Cognitive and remeron substitute Performance RemeronSolTab may impair judgment, thinking, and particularly, motor skills, because of its prominent sedative effect. Suicide is a remeron substitute risk of depression and certain other psychiatric disorders, and these disorders themselves are the strongest predictors of suicide.
